lol well if it doesn't have words, what needs to be translated then? xD;; i'm so confused lol, since i was talking about translated novels. somehow, its like our paths diverged and started taking two different yet parallel paths.
i'm talking about web novels which are written by chinese/japanese/korean writers, which are only available online but because they are only online and in a different language, non-native readers can't read them. so some people who do know how to read the language would translate it into english then post the translations online for the general public to read. there's quite a few popular translator sites and they even have donation and patreon options so that chapters would come out much quicker or give others a chance to read ahead. i'm talking about novels that are sometimes over 1000 chapters in length.
dunno where the pictures came in since i was talking about words lol.

Yeah, we definitely started talking about different things somewhere along the line.
>.<
Thank you for being patient enough to explain to me
So how did you find the webnovels to begin with? Did you know someone who recommended them?

Lol uh no problem? XD
Well when I first started reading web novels, I was in a bad place. I just lost my job and I was halfheartedly looking for a new one. I had nothing much to do. I don’t know when or how I discovered it but I started reading web novels since then. Now, I check for updates several times a day so that I don’t miss anything lol.

Kitalpha you sounded like you read them, which ones do you follow?
Hotarla had you read the webnovel Gyreworld?
http://www.gyreworld.com/
I used to follow it, then disappeared for a couple years and when I went back to check it, it wasn't online any longer because they'd published it. Now I'm super curious how it turned out but not enough to buy it (unless they hired a very good editor before publishing, which they've not advertised if they did)... I keep hoping to find someone who has read it
I did manage to catch up with The Flying Cloud, at least...

Sister Claire M-F
Daughter of the Lilies T Th
Headless Bliss T
Awkward Zombie M
Awaken MWF (generally, currently MF)
Amya Chronicles (updates sporadically, main author does not have good luck with her health)
Slightly Damned Sa
Blindsprings (hasn't updated in a long time)
The Lonely Vincent Bellingham (also hasn't updated in a long time)
Devil's Candy MF
Trying to remember if there's any others I read
I could include Junk Hyenas Diner, but same author as SD and updates randomly and in spurts
Same author has a SD themed OoT comic
