Well if you're patient enough, it's not that hard to get a razor claw. Just have butterfree with compoundeyes, a Pokemon with frisk, and ability to use thief. XD

What does Conpound eyes do for you?? I've got a Phantump with frisk and thief.

While I was hunting for a Castform (chaining Exeggcutes) I got up to 70 battles. I thought to myself 'At this rate I'll get a shiny before Castform even shows up!' Within the next battle or two a shiny Exeggcute popped up! (I did finally get Castform, too.)

Compound Eyes gives you a better chance of encountering a pokemon with a hold item. Just keep the Butterfree in your first party slot, faint it, and have your next pokemon have Frisk and or Thief (or just Frisk, Frisk a good extra to have just to see if your wild pokemon is holding anything). Then, start chaining! Be sure to have some Leppa berries handy because you never know how long it might take. Even better, if you want more than one item, have a few more pokemon learn Thief! That way, when your first pokemon uses Thief, you can use another pokemon to steal more items! Thief will only work if your pokemon is originally not carrying anything so make sure its not carrying anything!

Eye see!!! I got the other 2 fossils I needed be trading. Now I just need that Razor Claw and an Electrizer (I thought I had one, but no), and to finish leveling my Dragonaire. So close!!

you can get the electrizer for free somewhere loool. just check serebii to see or something....xP

Yeah, I did. I must have traded it or something because it isn't anywhere to be found. Oh well, I just went and chained Elekids for a while and got another one that way. Still needing that Razor Claw. How does one chain Jangmo-o if a Jangmo-o won't ever show up??!
