Hotarla, why are you getting new shelves anyhow? Did something happen to the old ones? (Living in a maze sounded cool until you said that about having to thread through everything. Now I'm rethinking the matter. Maybe if it was a huge labyrinth like that movie with the one famous singer and the muppets.)

xD Betta's are amazing like that. I hope he lives his whole 2-3 years and I get to see him fully marbled.

I named him Seiryuu as a play on the Mythological Dragon that goes with the Tiger, Pheonix, and Turtle with a snake for a tail. While it's also a play on the Japanese word for Azure Dragon.

It's normally Koi Fish that are said to turn into dragons after a certain age but hey, I'm sure betta fish would make adorable little dragons xD




I have (and since misplaced) a clip on lens for my smartphone. I need to get a new one as I can't find the clip on part of my lens or the other lenses that go with it. =/ I think someone stole it.

Aki: ah well a few years back, i think it was a little bit before COVID started, my sister was saying how the doors of our kitchen shelves should be replaced. half the doors of the kitchen shelves badly fitted hinges or, in some cases, the doors are completely gone, which defeats the purpose of having the doors. so my sister got the idea of taking off all the doors of the shelves and repainting them before replacing the doors. a few YEARS later, the doors have STILL not been replaced, my sister making excuses of "being busy" and during these years, any dust or oil from cooking has just been......gathering on all our stuff still in the shelves.

now, my sister is all "lets just replace everything" so she and a friend of hers from work took down all the shelves, the kitchen counter and sink, and the ventilator fan for our stovetop. so, now we can't really cook (although we have an electric stovetop, we still don't want to cook anything with oil and risk oil just splattering everywhere without the ventilating fans) and we've been subsisting on takeout, microwaving leftovers and steaming or boiling food. according to my sister (and my mom when i asked), they're installing the new shelves on friday. i'm HOPING that's the case. she's currently sanding the walls right now. shes done so a few days ago but the last time she was sanding the walls, she didn't cover anything and left a layer of dust EVERYWHERE, even outside in the living room, because she didn't close the kitchen doors. 8U we're gonna have to do a deep cleanse after all this......>.>
