Thanks! I was just doing my regular weekend work. Most weekends, anyway. But my partner just changed jobs and now he can't pick me up or take me there daily anymore, so I have to go camping with my parents instead from Friday night to Sunday night. (they work and travel there too in case it's confusing XD)

Oooh that explains. xD I hope camping's fun with parents.
And yeah, I'm doing quite well (though if I get bad grades that'll easily turn around as I feel better cause I met a really big deadline). Have fun Kira. c;

Camping with parents is... okay. I still would rather work with them during the day and then go home and have my own bed and shower XD

I agreed to do some temp work a couple of days ago but I forgot I might not be able to get there. Waiting to hear what J's schedule is. If he can't drive me there I'm screwed D: Why did I forget that he works in the opposite direction now and can't drive me if he's at work? Such an idiot.

@jacob hopefully you manage.
I almost got into a similar position myself. I volunteer to help with a festival but luckily remember to ask about the buses, and they told me they leave us at the center at 1:30-2 am and I have no car to drive back home from there plus the subway is closed and night buses don't make that route so I had to decline :(

If I can't do it they'll get it, they'll just find someone else. But I want the money and it's easy work :( Plus I have some friends that work there who I like to chat with.
Still haven't found out his schedule, I'm getting nervous cuz I don't want to let them down too late if he can't drive me. There's no good way to get there otherwise as the public transport in the area is really lacking. I can get to the next village over but not that one.
