Kingdom of Knuffel

Aw, hon, I'm exactly the same, it's there, unused That's why I have to pick a day and try, at least I can't say I have no time.

What kind of art do you like to do? Do you make knuffels, pixel dolls or something else?

I personally just do some manga/anime styled drawings. Mostly static though. And males aren't my forte... I'm not a good artist, I can't even draw any animals or still life or anything But it's just a hobby anyways.

Well, I basically draw only girls and that's it I struggle with anything else, lol. So I consider myself a pretty poor artist in these terms. But other than that I think I'm a decent artist if we only take into account the things I actually can draw XD
I mean, I've tried, but never really finished anything I did start my original character, but got frustrated at some point and put that aside. Then I tried making a knuffel, even did all the stages and began coloring, then I got tired and couldn't find time/motivation/courage* to take it up again.
So it's not like I never used it before, I just... well... it intimidates me to no end ;>_>

My first time drawing digitally I really had no clue what I was doing. I had MS Paint, I had a mouse, and I had an idea! And, well... *this* was the result.

But, refusing to let that get to me, I kept going. About a year later I *drew it again*

Still some flaws to be sure, and yes it's kind of intimidating, but I went from not really knowing how to use my tools to having something like this. And I'm just happy I stuck with it

that's ok! lol i think all that matters is that your happy with what you can do drawing wise not what others think you should be doing etc. there's nothing wrong with just being able to only draw certain things.

I agree with that too. Draw what you want! You don't have to be an expert in everything, just work on what you want to draw ^_^

I have trouble drawing guys too, because they always end up looking like girls.

What I'm finding useful lately is just saving pictures other people have drawn and tracing the crap out of them. It's giving me ideas on how to get the male body down but in my own style.
