The only really remarkable change you have is in her hair. As Ama said you should focus on her outfit a bit more. Try adding some accessories, Do something a little more drastic with the clothing. IE Lengthen the skirt, add another tier, change its color. add ruffles or bows. Don't be afraid to go wild and have fun with the design.

Just wondering, how do you make wild knuffel? I mean I know you need a paint program and the basic. I tired starting at the last stage but it was impossible to get her back to stage 1. I tired doing stage 1 and adding along the way but I learn it impossible to add more on later too.

The best advice I can give you is to pick a theme. Decide on a general idea of what you want the outfit to look like in the end and then sketch it out from the base up. You should probably also look through the Wild Knuffle Registry and see the ways that others have gone about changing there forms.
