I've made some, but there's a lot I think sound interesting but I can't convince my boyfriend to eat that... :D sometimes it's super frustrating to live with a picky eater. I know I should just make them for me anyway, but the logistics of that are complicated cause it'll be too much and he needs to eat something too and also I don't find the motivation to do that.

I totally see your point, I would be too lazy to cook for myself only if there was somebody living with me as well :D

Overall, I do prefer cooking for more than just myself in general. Not that I didn't like to cook stuff for myself when I was still living in my old student house, and the freedom to experiment with things without having to take other people's tastes into account is great, but you so easily end up with too much food and I also hate to eat alone for some reason. In the student house it was alright, since there was always a good chance to find someone else in the kitchen or dining area and then you could sit together. Actually, it was also super nice in the way that you had company in the kitchen to chat with while cooking for yourself. That definitely makes it more fun than if I was just standing all alone in my own kitchen now.
