I'd like to learn more about computers but I don't have money for classes. I guess that I could try to go online and learn. lol.
There's tons of things you can learn about on Youtube. Wish that had a good attention span.

Mine's just through the tafe, kind of. I'm not on government support though. Well I get "10" rebated psychologist appointments really it's like 4-6 then the rest you have to get another referral.
Yeah our disability support here is screwed also, though I guess not as much as some other countries.

That's good. My last psychiatrist was okay. He wasn't very attentive. I asked for help with exhaustion and he didn't even talk about it. It's a big reason I got fired.

My anxiety is also very bad. Along with depression.
I am almost positive I'm autistic as well. I don't know what severity, but a lot of things really line up.

My anxiety makes my depression well happen.
my psych said he wanted me to try 'radical acceptance' but I still don't quite understand it. I think it's a kind of fits certain people thing.
Same. I think if I am, I'm on the lower side but still a lot of it adds up and I read it's different for girls than boys.
