WELL... you guys and your cheapy books. :P
I never go anywhere that sell cheap books though. I only ever really go to the grocery store. ^^; They have some books, but they're all new. When I want a book in specific (cause I'm kinda picky) I have to go across town to get it. =A=

And I refuse to go to the thrift store next to my grocery store. I had to sort clothes there once and everything was so dirty and smelled like pee. And they refused to give me gloves. :( I took like 8 showers that night. Not cool.

There's bound to be good, clean thrift shops. Mom adores to go thrifting, so I go hide in the book areas for them.

I never see good books at the grocery store. I don't even bother going there anymore for books.

I would have walked out and said I wouldn't help until gloves were provided or I got some of my own.

yeah my grocery store has a whole lot of wtf going on. and lots of old lady's in the book section, lol.

The only clean thrift store I can think of is... kinda close to the book store. XD hahaha

@ Divi- It was so icky! I never came back. :( My mom had to do community service there later and she said they only sweep the area people shop in like once a week!!! wtf??!!

I am typically taken to thrift shops against my will. Book shops though... you'll lose me in book shops.

It's places like that which give thrift shops bad names. The ones here are very clean, mostly. One looked like a hoarder shop and freaked me out, and we're never going back, thankfully.

I know right? Actually, I'm pretty easy to find as the section is OBVIOUS but digging me out can take some effort.

The one I go to is always super clean but it smells like mothballs and pepper mints a little LOL

You can either find me in fantasy, sci/fi but sometimes never find me >w>

Fantasy and sci fi are my corners too. We mostly go to really clean thrift stores. They'll smell faintly of dust (but every store does), but also of books/fabrics and stuff like that. Besides, that faintly dusty smell of books is like the best smell ever.

I really like those two sections too, though I make a beeline for the Classics section too
