I couldn't care for the calories. Those I can burn off. Though I'm doing a lousy job at it right now. Still.

Um same here. Today was definitely not the start I was hoping for, however tomorrow is a new day!

I'm having a problem burning off calories. Mostly the desire to do anything. I'm really peeved off that I have to exercise to loose weight and both my siblings are naturally skinny.

Everyone on mom's side of the family is fat except for my aunt Jane.. she's super under weight.. >x>,

But I feel ya with the whole these people are naturally skinny and I have to work for it. thing >x< hate it.. -lazy lazy-

I was always skinny til antidepressants. I wish I had never taken them but oh well. I'll get back to my old size eventually. It's a lot harder than I thought it'd be though. I go through phases with working out. >> Like right now I'm in a NOPE phase.

wish they would just make something to boost metabolism..

so many people NEVER get fat cause their metabolism is so high ono

Yeah they should since they make anti depressants which destroy your metabolism.

I think there are natural ways to give your metabolism a little boost but some are more lucky than others. If you're still at a younger age then it's ideal to start working on your body then because it's way easier to just having mantain your habits and such rather than having to change them altogether.

Berries and Nuts cost too much here .. ono may as well starve myself at that point since thats would happen if thats all I ate... xp

Same here, especially berries.
Nuts we have some cheaper ones but berries are very hard to find and once you do find them, then they're hella expensive.
