Is it a cat or a dog?

So I called the Children's physicians of our hospital and I'm talking to the receptionist about setting her up an appointment for her physical because we had vehicle and phone problems. Anyways instead of asking me if there was anything else I needed he just hung up on me. So I called back and I believe it was the same guy I'm not sure but I said "First I'd like to complain about a rude receptionist who hung up on me before I could ask for my daughter's immunization charts. And secondly I'd like to ask about the charts. And how I can get them." Well now I know I have to go pick them up. Soooo...I called the main number to the hospital for two reason: 1: I needed the number to the psychiatrist department. And 2: I told that receptionist I wanted to complain about the rude receptionist. So after she gave me the number I needed and then she more than happily sent me to where I could complain. I had to leave my name and number and a message. But at least they know I have a complaint. And I'm more than happy to complain about the rudeness.

We woke up at 5AM this morning. Got ready to go to moms dr appointment. we get there.. sit at the wrong section of the waiting area.. =w= we realize that like 10 minutes before the so called appointment. I mean we sat there wondering why no one was opening the office window and putting out the sign in sheet.. xD

Well we find the right window, sign in... only to find out that mom's appointment was for tomorrow.

They had a 9:30 opening so I convinced mom to sit and wait for that (better than waiting another week to be seen) We got called back around 9:15am, the doc said he was gonna give her a low dose pain killer (YAAAY FINALLY) but she doesn't get it until her urine tests come back.

They count the pills and do regular drug testing to make sure no one is abusing the narcotics they give.

Best part... the window we were sitting at earlier.. turned out to be where we go to do the urine test.. x'D

Yes. So I'm a bit grumpy.

Wow. Well at least you got your mom in on that day. My mom's got a colonoscopy coming up. My dad will be going with her on that. Last year they found a stage one cancer polyp. So she's on alert.

Mom's next colonoscopy is next year. they keep finding polyps in her but they haven't been cancerous yet. x-x

That's good. Less for you to worry about. You seem to have your plate full as is.

now that she's heard that she's gonna get her painkillers... she's whining about not being allowed to have them today =o=

That's good.
My mom's allergic to certain painkillers so she has to take Excedrin. But the Excedrin's been helping her so that's all that counts.
