I have a suggestion for a background. I think the inside of a pub/bar/restaurant would be nice.
EDIT: I'd also like to add the suggestion of a a 'bust ribbon' or a ribbon that lays just under the bust line.

Anko, I don't think that ribbon would be feasible as an accesory because not all the dresses and shirts have the same shape, so no matter how it's drawn it would look wrong with some of them.
A dress with that kind of ribbon would be possible, but not an accesory that lays over other clothes.

As Amura said, accessories such as belts cannot be layered over top layer. It could, however, be layered over the undershirt layer.

On the list, there is Suggestion 596, which mentions News Boy hats. I'd like to second that suggestion but for News Boy hats more specifically, (to show there's interest), as well a provide specific references for how I'd like to see them. (Seeing as there seems to be several different kinds of News Boy hats)

Going on a tangent from Sellesion's suggestion.
It would be nice to see some items in the shop that have a slight steampunk-ish feel to them. I know we have the steampunk set, but I mean like vest with ruffled shirts. *runs off to find some images*

Would it be hard to have an option in the hair salon to combine different bangs and base hair? You can already chose both seperatly for color, it's just advancing it to different fronts and backs.
It would give us more variations and options (cause sometimes the bangs dont seem to match the base look....) I did see there was a specific example of this crossed off but I'm talking a general option for all styles. (Sorry if thats the same thing in your mind, but had to try asking)

It would be impossible, because the hair is not designed to be mixed together.
Front and Back of Hair have different shapes and the shading of each individual back of hair is designed to match with its corresponding front only.

I'm really excited for the halloween event! I think it's going to be SUPER exciting! (I think it might be my favorite on here XD) and just as a quick idea for items that might be possible for us to get:
the cute orange haired wuffel plushy from the whack a wuffel game! :0!! he isn't listed in the story so I don't know his name :<
or Igor ears/tail/skin :3 because he looks 'halloween-ish' to me
