Eggs and cars don't mix. Apparently eggs cause the paint to peel or the car to rust or something...

It's also why I been thinking of tossing some on the asshats that been parking in my parking space >:x

I'm waiting for it to warm up first.
Then, gotta wait for number 7 to park in not only THEIR and MY spot but MIA neighbors spot too (She isnt mia anymore but that's what everyone here knows her by by now xD)

That way it'll just look like someone targeted one car and missed and hit the other two cars. o3o do it at night so no one actually notices until the egg did it's damage.

Ha ha ha, I suppose if the parking spots are assigned you could always get the car towed.... make them pay to get their car back...
but that is less safely anonymous, so maybe not.

When we first moved in there was a number for a tow service the complex had a contract with. We called it once and they said the landlady had to be the one to call in the tow.

THAT landlady made sure her notes included the rules of "Park in someone else's assigned space at your own risk. Those who park in someone else's spot, after being warned, will be towed."

And tow she did.


This current landlady is a slum lord. She doesn't do her job at all. She'll just send out notes of "Don't part in other's spaces" and that's it. No tow calls or anything. >:x


It's why I will resort to these underhanded measures. And I know its apartment 7.

I'm about ready to do what I did with my aunts. Set up my old cell in the livingroom window and do a video call through discord and record it all through OBS. Catch the Parking Thieves on camera, catch who's constantly in my spot. Post it on Bellair's website "Karens and Kens have no respect for the disabled, parking in their assigned spots just because we have no cars"

Ahh i see. Its THAT again. I thought it was ACTUALLY hot outside. Here, the weather has gotten warmer and the sun was out earlier (when i was doing the sign thing). Still looks like it might rain later though, lotsa clouds out.

It'd be one thing if they asked you first, or even rented your parking spot, but just doing it like that is very uncool.

Shame the current landlady isn't very active, though.

My neighbors are entitled a-holes.

The week mom passed, 2 of my aunts (the ones mom WANTED to know) came up to help me clean and take care of mom's things. They stayed with me that whole week, even paid to get my vacuum fixed when it broke on them.

Some jerkwad was in my space, I had asked the landlady to find who it was to get it moved so my aunts could park in MY space. Cause that's what my space is for. For my visitors and rides to places.

Landlady sent the maint man to tell me "it's alright if that car is there" ... =3=


This is a building with 12 apartments. 6 apartments face the front of the building where the porch/stoop... whichever its called... is. No one is suppose to smoke on the porches because of the 6 apartments in the front of the building. My apartment included. I can't have windows open as i like during the summer BECAUSE people smoke there.

Try to complain about it, you get the "they can smoke where ever they want" speech because the landlady is a smoker. She moved some benches that were across teh street from the management office, over infront of said office just so she can sit outside said PUBLIC BUILDING and smoke.

Law is 20feet away from public buildings. >:x

So.... what in particular is keeping you where you are, then, instead of looking for a new place with a better setup for yourself? Is it mostly just the hassle and barrier of moving, or is there something you actually like about the place you're at now?

That's so irritating; I'd begin looking for a new place straight away - I hope you can sort something out.

Are your neighbours intimidating or is this something you can approach them directly with? Or do you know know who it was?
That sounds stressful hope they don't do it again!
