Kingdom of Knuffel

I don't mind the gnats so much; they don't bite, and they're technically edible so if they get in my food I just shrug and make them become food.
Now, mosquitos, ticks, and horseflies? Those things can go drown in a tar pit and get set on fire!!

I had a silver dog tick on me once (i think that's its name) I was in a taxi that day =/

I hate gnats... i have nightmares about them and when I found mom's body. >A<



I gave Sei his salt bath... I'll do it again tomorrow.... or maybe a second bath later today.

That’s the thing though. Gnats are essentially useless. All they do is their seasonal breeding, they don’t bite but they just get….everywhere. 8U like the most useless bug i’ve ever seen. Guess more food for birds and spiders and other insect eating animals…8U

They're creepy... tiny creepy flying things that like to land on you and crawl on you and they get into your food >:x

Yeahhh no exposed food is safe from them…8U like i can’t even enjoy a timmies unless i’m indoors, i’m constantly swatting at them to leave me aloneeee~

Eh.

Honestly, I'm a pretty useless human, so useless I have some sympathy for. "Harmful" bothers me, but useless I can tolerate. But then, I don't have any trauma related to them and that makes it a LOT easier!!!


I found a little salamander in a puddle in my yard last week. It was SO CUTE. Maybe it's eating my gnats, who knows...

Salamanders are so beautiful!
Just don't forget they are venomous.

Not sure about all salamanders, but at least the ones around here are.
Not the kind of venom that would be really harmful, but you should not touch them cause it may hurt your skin.


I'm not much into reptiles, but I admit salamanders are one of a kind.

I love most creatures to be honest (except bugs... they freak me out even though I know they're harmless)

Definitely much harder to cuddle a reptile though.
