Someone gave me a bag of rice, forget what brand but it had asian writing on it. Not sure if it's Chinese or Japanese brand, as I didn't really examine the packaging.. only took notice of the Chinese characters (which could be Japanese Kanji as Kanji was derived from the Chinese characters) I should probably examine the bag better...
well.. I decided to have steak cubes and rice, with tamagoyaki and miso soup for breakfast (more like supper to me at this point =w=)

I made the rice like I normally do and it had this gooy slime-ish film on it. =/
Guessing you actually have to wash asian rice.. as the rice I used before didn't have this issue. o3o
I need a new mesh strainer thingy to wash the rice =w=
