This is how accidents happen.

In the last apartment we lived, we had those "kids at play" signs all over. Mom went to go talk to someone across the street. She was crossing the street on the way back and was nearly run over by some punks. I got up and slammed my hand on their car hood and was all "YOU ALMOST HIT MY MOM YOU FKS! DRIVE SLOWER AND PAY ATTENTION! THIS ISN'T A RACE TRACK! D:<"

I 'sploded. o3o Takes a lot to make me explode like that...

well my area is pretty safe, thank goodness. at the very least, all this "running over something" hasn't ever happened in front of me.

Someone gave me a bag of rice, forget what brand but it had asian writing on it. Not sure if it's Chinese or Japanese brand, as I didn't really examine the packaging.. only took notice of the Chinese characters (which could be Japanese Kanji as Kanji was derived from the Chinese characters) I should probably examine the bag better...


well.. I decided to have steak cubes and rice, with tamagoyaki and miso soup for breakfast (more like supper to me at this point =w=)

I made the rice like I normally do and it had this gooy slime-ish film on it. =/

Guessing you actually have to wash asian rice.. as the rice I used before didn't have this issue. o3o

I need a new mesh strainer thingy to wash the rice =w=

We also wash our rice lol. We swill it a few times in water and the water comes out cloudy. So we wash it til the water is clearer and then cook it. I’ve never not washed rice lol.

I need a mesh strainer to do it.. other wise I'll lose the rice ono

I felt like that one guy from Legal Drug ._. except he lost all of it...

That’s why you get a container to do it. XD I usually use the rice cooker container to wash rice, or a plastic bowl that has strainer holes on one side.
