I definetely don't see the romanticism in proposals, or in most things that are supposed to be romantic tbh.Moon Star wrote:LOL what a way to propose! xDDD
Me neither, so I guess it's just perfect. :)Amura wrote:I definetely don't see the romanticism in proposals, or in most things that are supposed to be romantic tbh.
So I suppose the proposal fits me just perfectly
OH DEAR. Well, better late than never???jacobgrey wrote:My hubby proposed after 6 years. To be honest I think he only got around to it finally because we went on holiday to Paris (at his suggestion), and he didn't propose while we were there and I got really upset, and he realised he needed to do it soon or he'd be in trouble XD
OMG do we have the same mom? I managed to get/run away before it got bad enough to get no contact but honestly I was close. We communicate only by email and we FaceTime when brother is with her so at least I have a buffer. I only see her very very rarely and it finally works perfectly fine (she still manages to annoy me from time to time but it's manageable)jacobgrey wrote:I guess it turned out to be a bad decision, because nowadays we don't have contact with one another at all haha. I would say maybe it would have been better if we only saw each other at Christmas and on birthdays instead of spending so much time together, but tbh, she wasn't the kind of person that would allow this - she always wanted to be center of attention.Kuuki wrote: Honestly I admire you for taking your mom along. I would NEVER.
