Well, its was a little more complicated than that, but now I'm happy and hope to be able to get out from under my parents so that I'm not so much of a burden on them. I already owe them so much for helping me through college like they are. Though honestly if my brother hadn't of messed up with his scholarship my parents wouldn't have been able to help me.

Sadly I have to stay that burden to my parents. If I can't continue living with them, there's no way I can ever get enough money to pay my pilot training.

That's the same problem I'm having right now myself, but with college instead of training. :/ Luckily for two for the three years we didn't have to pay for all of the expanses for me going to college.

We did. For my DTP education we needed to pay €1100,-+ a year. And I did a year of Graphic Design before that which was about the same. In that year my parents also had to pay my train tickets, which came down to €220,- a month.
In the three DTP years those were paid by the government, and I received a little financial help.
But now I'll have to pay everything fully myself. The flight attendant training is €3500,- which I have almost scraped together with among others the financial help of my DTP education. And I'll have to go to Amsterdam daily for five months, which is gonna be more expensive than Rotterdam. >>
And only when I have that diploma I can really start to work for that 100k the pilot training is gonna cost. And in the mean time, I will keep on flying the small aircraft, which is €100,- a flight.
No help coming from anywhere... So it's impossible to do if I can't keep on living with my parents for the next few years...
In this case college and training aren't so different though, it're both schools, it's not like it's football training or something. :')

Very true, its a shame that a family has to go through such troubles just so that their children can get a decent paying job instead of having to get two to three jobs just to support themselves.
Too bad I can't get any help from government for college, my dad makes too much and works for them.

I don't like sports at all, really. :p
And happy friday. Meh. It's been two weeks now since my baby left me. This morning I got a call from an old lady with a useless tip. I went to look there anyway but found nothing but a baby crow. >>

Aw, sorry to hear he's still not back, Merry :(
I don't think I'll watch the Olympic Games. Not really that interested in them.
