Thanks for asking!

I ended up being interviewed in the kitchen, between a sink and a fridge. Best interview ever XD
I should get an answer today but I probably didn't get the job, due to some tax exemptions circumstances I can't work all that much and, let's be honest, as long as the borders are closed, they don't need someone like me.

I do have good news though, I finally managed to apply for permanent residency after months of procrastinating. Looks like the whole "job searching to save for dental implants operation" had some unexpected results XD

Ha ha ha ha, what a stage for an interview! So formal...
But even if you don't get it, that first interview after a long hiatus from job-hunting is always the most nerve-wracking, so good for you, for surviving it!
And super congratulations on starting up the residency process! That's a lot of paperwork and it can be so intimidating but you did it! Yay! :qh:

I was even wearing a suit XD
But yeah I was a bit nervous, could have done better, could have also done worse. The important thing is that I did it. Will just keep on searching, something or another will pop up anyway.

Yup it's a mountain of paperwork. Mostly husband's paperwork though. And going there is bureaucratic hell too, it's lining up at different counters for hours. The only thing that kept me going is that it might be the last time I do it.

Is it just me or does Grog tend to pop up within 24 hours of someone wondering when he'll appear again in this thread?

Yay he's back! I only earned 3 donuts during the time in-between lol. I only need 36 donuts though so yay for that?

36 donuts in 5 days is definetely doable, Rubie! Keep it up!

I personally need 30 more for the Hitomi Hat, so I'm pretty much in the same situation.
That's only 6 a day, and I'm sure I'm posting that much any regular day - even when the Caravan is not here - so I'm quite confident about adding that new item to my collection this month :qwhee:

I know. I'm hoping to get a good stash of donuts for the next item too this round. But let's see about that lmao.

I tried to post more between this time to keep my momentum up, but sometimes I just don't feel like posting since I mostly post in the forum games to get my donuts lol.

I'm a hangout person, so there is usually activity in the three threads in which I'm a regular. Which means I can do 3 posts a day, minimum.
Chats and avatar-related are not always so active, but it's another place in which I enjoy posting.

But I earned 48 donuts in-between caravans, which I think is a quite good amount all things considered.

Also, wow, you have it together -that is FAR more organized than I have ever managed to be in my entire life.
It sounds amazing :qh:

I am with you on the enjoying stationery but I don't know enough about it to actually qualify as a stationery nerd -more that I just like it and have trouble not picking up more whenever I'm at a sale event, and some of my friends are well used to getting cards and letters in the mail that start out,
"I don't really have anything to say right now but isn't this cool paper?!"
Thanks! He's coming up to 3 months old now, so it's not been so long :D

Ha! It is quite organised I suppose, but probably too much sometimes. Also, I forgot (rofl) to add that I have memory problems, which explains me needing to write down everything seven times before I remember to actually do it :mcheh:
Also if I was one of your mail friends I would be so excited to just receive nice paper XD XD

Amura wrote:That's kinda overwhelming, jacob. Wow.

I have my system to organize work and family appointments, and I would not mind adding something for self-care... but I think it would eat up the little leisure time I have :|
Yes :mcheh:
That is the problem... no time for anything. Once you get to a certain age, you look back at when you were a kid and you were annoyed at having to do homework... kid me, I would do anything to have the amount of free time that you had with just a small bit of homework to be finished each day
