Both are great, Rubie for the freckles and Kuuki for the expression. So tie.

Hmm, I like Kuuki's mischievous look but Moon Star is doing such a great job showing off the whole Capricorn look with those adorable floppy ears framing the face and the smile impishly... yeah Moon Star for now.
I like them both though.
