i also had a headache earlier so i took two advil. 8U i feel only marginally better right now. xD;;

they were saying it was premeditated, apparently he announced/telegraphed his intentions or something somewhere.

I went to take a nap around 5PM, wanting to wake up around 9 cause I had ordered groceries from walmart...

Sebas woke me up around 10:30ish trying to climb up my big tiger...

Luckily my groceries were still at my door. I can now make my bell peppers and beef stir fry, cucumber coolslaw, and I got some spaghetti sauce as I ran out and didn't have enough for the skeddies i made yesterday.

I can got bread so I can make my egg sammiches >:D i am getting use to my new little tamagoyaki skillet where i can make all sorts of egg dishes >:D

Went back to sleep not long after putting things away.. x-x my migraine didn't let me sleep well the other night so i caught up lastnight i guess.




I read that he told his friends somehow... like why didn't they report him?
And that he got the assault rifles a week a head of time.

It started raining yesterday and i didn’t bring an umbrella…8U but since i got off work late, i wheedled my dad to coming by to pick me up when he got off work lol.

In this day and age, sometimes what people say online is just bluster. So many people just tend to ignore things….8U something like “gosh i’m so angry at my employers, i want to kill them!” Many people wouldn’t take that seriously and think it was just bluster.

It really depends on who they say it to, how public the statement is, and if anyone reports it.

If it's on discord with like-minded people or close friends and no one reports it to the Discord devs or administration, then if it's true, it's too late to get anything done. And if it's not true, people move on.

Or, if we look at facebook where anyone you've friended to everyone with a FB account can see it, someone is more likely to report it and you'll have SWAT at your door. Something like this actually did happen. A kid made a snide remark about shooting up a school or something. He didn't say he WAS going to, but he was responding to someone else and said something along the lines of "since i'm like that, maybe i'll just go shoot up a school."

He got arrested and thrown in jail for that comment, even though he didn't mean it. It was a few years ago, around the time another school got shot up and kids died.

So it really depends on the factors of where it was said and if anyone in the group will report it regardless if its a joke or not.




They had Amber up on the stand again today. That was a dumpster fire. o3o I think she just hurt her chances of winning. Looks like its really down to either Johnny winning or getting a hung jury.

Yeah, its hard to predict how things fall. D: either people take it too seriously or they just move on.

That's why I don't understand why people are trying to go after the platforms these bad guys are using. Like if the platform was actually MADE for criminals by criminals to avoid getting caught, I could understand... there are forums out there like that..

But platforms meant for gaming ... no.. >;x don't blame the platforms.. blame the people.. stop ruining everything for everyone else!!!




Juries have to be unanamous in their decisions. All 12 have to say Yay or Nay. So if even 1 disagrees and refuses to change their opinion on it, it's a hung jury.

Ahhh i see. That makes sense. So they wasted everyone’s time on a trial and then nothing is resolved…8U like what a waste of taxpayers dollars and stuff….8U

Well, I don't see it as a complete waste. It helped get his story out, and everyone knows she's the abuser now, not him.

The trial is basically who gets what money as he's suing her for damages from the op-ed she published, and she's counter suing for... whatever. o3o


So if its a hung jury, just means no one gets anything but Johnny still wins, because his story is out there. >:3

Some don't even report strangers thinking "not my problem" or "he looks to nice to actually do anything"
