Wait, is the Amber-Johnny thing a criminal trial? I thought it was a civil trial...

Maybe I'm all mixed up but wasn't the "unanimous-jury-verdict" something that only applied to criminal trials?

I'm just really confused about the details of this thing. I was convinced it was a civil trial, and thought the jury was only brought in because one of them wanted the publicity and the other didn't care.... I should really go check out the actual facts of this...

It's a civil trial but the hung jury thing still counts if they can't decide what to do.


Do they let Johnny win?
Do they let Amber win?
Do they say fk 'em and just give them each a dollar?
Do they say fk 'em and neither get nothing?
Do they think Johnny is right about Amber's op-ed?
Do they think Amber's right in her counter suit?
Are they both wrong?
Are they both right?


If one does win, how much do they get?
If they both win who gets what?

But what if they can't decide who wins or loses? it's a hung jury. The decisions still needs to be unanamous.

there was a shooting here too. apparently someone was walking around with a rifle and the police shot them. 8U like just walking around with a rifle?

I remember a few years ago a kid was playing with a toy gun in a public park. It was a toy gun.. people called the cops on him and the cops shot this kid dead.. over a toy gun.

The kid was a young black kid that was shot and killed, cops and the people who called the cops were white.

I remember playing with toy guns... Cops and Robbers, Cowboys and Indians, Bounty Hunter, Survival...


Racist cops who fear people because of their skin color and all these other mass shootings, it's not safe for kids to have toy guns.

I'm just glad I live in a country were guns are not easy to buy at all.
Nobody would ever think a kid could have a real gun...

Yeahhh. So last night, when my mom told me about that guy with the gun in the city close to us, i was literally like “wait were they sure the guy was holding a real gun or was it ‘shoot first, ask questions later?’ kind of thing? Because you know, there’s a lot of real looking guns that aren’t guns, like paintball guns and stuff….”

And then guess what? This morning when i walked into my parents room, they were watching the local news and my mom told me “they found out that gun was a BB gun” and i was like “8U KNEW IT, HATE WHEN IM RIGHT”

Too many people are in positions of power and authority that shouldn't be. ono

I just got back from my stomach doctor. Tests are in.

I DO HAVE GASTROPHARESIS!!!! (aka Lazy Stomach)
My stomach can't digest food right. The muscles don't contract right.

It's a mild case of it, so nothing that puts me in danger.
He talked about a medicine, but because of a plausible side effect that is a really BAD side effect, he doesn't like prescribing it to young people because this side effect is permanent if it happens.

Then he mentioned 2 different surgeries, both aren't neccissary because I only have a mild case and those are last option type options.

So my option is... DIET CHANGE!!!

So get this.. I'm constantly told to eat healthier. So.. Instead of cookies, I get celery to snack on. Guess what.. Celery is a 'stringy food' which I now have to stop eating BECAUSE Gastroparesis doesn't like stringy foods. So Celery, Oranges, Grapefruits... stuff with stringy bits in them are a no-no now because my stomach can't handle them. ono

Instead of eating 3 meals a day or "the Doctor's diet" of 1 LARGE meal at the end of the day, have 8 small portion meals through out the day instead.

Chew more than you normally do. The more you chew, the less work your stomach has to do.


So yea. o3o


Appointment time was 10:30. I got picked up at 10:10AM.. sat in the waiting room for 2+ hours.. sat and waited for the doctor for 30 mins, talked with him for 30 mins. waited for taxi for 1.5 hours + .. just got home..

I'm starving but I'm too shakey and tired to cook.. >A<
