It does exist. I know about one at least, it's a Japanese company called Peace Boat but I'm pretty sure some other companies do it. There's no way only the Japanese would think about this kind of thing.

To be fair, I skipped most of the activities in favor of sleeping

If I were on a cruise, I'd spend all the time aboard reading.
Unless there was internet, of course xD

Gotta pay for it and even their unlimited access plan doesn't cover everything
Tho that may also depend on the cruise company

I was under the impression many people spent their time drinking though ^^
It's not my story but husband once had to take a ferry that took 24 hours to his destination and he made new friends and drank with them.
I'm not too sure I'd even be able to read, I get sick on boats (and one of my hobby is diving, let me tell you it's not fun. Thanks for modern medicine <3)

However did you manage to dredge up the fortitude to take up diving as a hobby when you're prone to sea-sickness?
That's amazing!
Kuuki you have a lot of mental strength!

I don't drink so I wouldn't know
But they also have kids on board, so you know not everyone is sloshed
I wore sea bands and used motion sickness meds to not get sick ahahaha

Actually it's not mental strength, I was literally dragged by my husband.
So it's basically love and medicine (I thank whoever it is that invented motion sickness meds)

Lmao, I usually kept to my room myself, especially since we went out of our way to pay extra for a balcony. The view was spectacular! The only on-boat activities I really participated in were the shows after supper, though some of those ended late and we had early morning activities, so we usually had to leave early anyways. xD

They do! xD
You have to pay extra for the unlimited drinks though, if that's even offered as there are a bunch of rules and stuff, lol. Either way I don't really drink, so that's what my 5 seconds of googling got me! :D
