Thank you for posting it, I didn't really expect you to have an opening and was surprised you only had two pieces.
Some of them are flamboyant gays, yes. Surprising when you know who their writer is. I play my boys well, or so I'm told.
There is a belief that your very views are what caused the angles to revolt. They were jealous because they are what they are and cannot change, they do not dream, do not aspire, and cannot grow in the ways that humans can. Humans have free will and ambitions, and it is thought that these were highly coveted by the angels who felt jilted in their set perfection.
I shall have to find you some of the stories written about this some time.

On the subject of my vampires... They are weakened to average human strength and abilities by direct sunlight, but not killed by it. They cannot fly or shape-shift, but often have an affinity for nature and some ability to befriend the feral.
They are a little unorthodox in that they would prefer to cook, weave, or play music as opposed to fighting and killing. They do make up for it in cold assassination skills though.
One of the most popular ones I've had was a chef in a gay-themed bar and inn. I've had to keep bringing him back year after year, slightly changed each time due to change of atmosphere.
The only human character I had that was popular was given my pen name of Aerimyth Legosi. He was a thief and assassin who worked for a secret society. Both male and female players favored him, and he had an odd collection of play partners ranging from nagas to androids.

Yay for flamboyant men. I like them more than the pretty uke boy types. Woo.
I don't think that angels are jealous of humans, personally. If anything, I remember a particular angel being jealous of God. I think that knowing a perfect creator, they wouldn't think so much of human in any particular way, though I did remember that there was a story that something happened between angels and humans.

Milk now reminds me of my baby cousin. .__. I miss him, but I see him almost every day.
@Kit: Aha, nice. I used to do a lot of things with my family on Sundays before my friends laid claim to it. Now I miss my uncle too, but I'll get to see him when he takes one of my aunts out for a family dinner before she leaves. He's my favorite-est uncle. :3
Also, I'm going to the shooting range tomorrow! Woo!
@Aeri: I would think that one would pick up a few hobbies if one were a vampire; I know I would. XD I remember daydreaming about how much anime I could watch as a vampire because the nights would be endless for me; that was back in the days when I read Anne Rice.
Nice. I remember my most popular character (among other RPers) was Terry; he was a, er, dog Ace, which means he was once an animal that was later given a soul and a human form. He was created based off of a web-comic that my friend drew, with a tell-tale personality that was very similar to his dog-like nature. He was pretty good for laughs. XD

Alice: She's Celtic. The Crow Goddess, also known as Badb and the Washer at the Ford. It was her charge to wash the clothes of those soldiers who would die the next day in battle, and in the guise of a crow, collect their souls from the field.
Mika: I used to read a webcomic about the Aces. I played one who was a melanistic panther. I cheated a bit though and made him a halfbreed caused by the pairing of a panther and a shaman during a very taboo and dangerous ritual.
My favorite, though most unpopular character was a hippocampus who could shift to human, but needed to remain in contact with sea water.
I play the 'pretty boy' type, but even the submissive ones aren't exactly what I would classify as 'uke', simply because I view those was being the childish, bright clothed, uber hyper types. I can't really stand people like that, so I can't play them.
