Do you think I could submit it now, or are there more changes that could be made to ensure its acceptance?

I can count a few changes in each one, so if it was me I would say submit it. Of course I can't speak for Firn's tastes in what makes a change though XD

; _; This is my last chance. I really don't want him to be rejected indefinitely...

Edit: I haven't submitted him....I'm really scared he'll be rejected ; -;

l-lappy: Stages 1-2 don't have too many changes, but if that's just the case with one stage, I usually approve the Knuffel, so, yeah, that Knuffel would be fine.

Chich: The problem I have with your Knuffel is not that it doe snot have enough changes. I think when you come here for help you should tell people what the reason was for the rejection, because in your case it was not "Stages too similar", but "Wrong concept of evolution". You Knuffel is playing "Dress up and transformation" in most cases, like just having a different hair color in each stage, or just putting on more clothes, instead of having clothes that gradually evolve into different, more complex clothes.
What is good as evolution is for example that your Knuffel slowly turns from a human to an animal, like the tail that gets bigger and bigger, or the nose and ears. That is a very good example for evolution. What is not good however is that for example it wears an orange undershirt in stage 3 and 4, and all of sudden, in the final stage it wears something completely different, a lightblue pullover. The pullover is no evolution of the undershirt, it is a different piece of clothing your Knuffel just put on. Same with the pants.

It's the big difference between evolution and just dressing up.
What you should do instead for example should be to ditch the orange undershrt and put on an undershirt that has the same color and pattern than the pullover. Then it will appear as if the undershirt evolved into the pullover and not as if the Knuffel just changed clothes or put on more clothes. Same with the pants.

I hope I was able to explain the problem I have with the Knuffel's evolution a bit? It looks like it was a lot of work and it would be a pity if it got declined again.

I did state the actual reason for rejection. In quotes. I fully understand what it is you're looking for, and I'm trying to meet the minimum requirements I can while retaining the significance of certain aspects, such as the orange undershirt. I can't change that, so instead I have made an origin for the sweater and I will create an origin for the shorts.

Will this work?

Ah, I am sorry, I just read a few posts back and no one there seemed to point out what the problem was, and since some of our users are often pretty good at spotting the problems I thought you might not have stated the rejection reason. My mistake!

I guess that would be acceptable. It is an interesting idea to solve it with the sleeves like this for sure!
