Yeah, it was a good anime, though.
Naturally my favorite character died.
It actually pissed me off so bad.
Usually I'm used to it but xD

That seems to be a recurring theme with you! I'll read a post where you're talking about a character you like, and then the very next paragraph you're saying how they died! It doesn't seem fair.

I'll never forget that xD

Yeah, I watched it years ago. I have it on DVD somewhere.
It was in Spanish, so I only watched it once.
I tend to multitask when I watch things and at the time, I couldn't read the subtitles and do whatever else u8
It was very graphic too in some places xD

I'll see if I can get something written. I haven't written anything as a story in a while.

ha ha ha, that is so clever and hilarious! I love how his armpit hair kind of looks like the last vestiges of hair on a balding head, the ones near the ears, that's just perfect....

Moi you have some funny curses. Insta-spoilers, predicting death of characters by how much you like them.... you're giving me some ideas. I keep a list of random blessings and another of random curses (I think it started out as background reference for a story but then just became a Thing) and those are a whole new idea on what sort of thing could constitute curses. Most of the ones on there are just things like "May you not see the bird with the neat song no matter how much you look" and "may your shoelaces need double-tying". I didn't think about things like interactions with visual media at all! It opens up all sorts of possibilities ("May you get advertising jingles stuck in your head", "may you miss the first minute of your favorite show", etc....)

When I was a kid, I'd say "God, please bless this person uB" when I'd see random people.

Oh yeah, I know that feeling. I like to do crafts while having shows play in the background and I have to rewatch some parts when I have Switched at Birth playing because at some points they'll go to all-deaf cast and they'll be signing and I won't notice it until a few seconds in.

Interesting! I haven't written in ages, either. Though I do have some stories floating around in my head that I do want to eventually put down.

I never really got into that cartoon because it was on while I didn't speak much English. I couldn't understand it and it didn't have art that appealed to me, either. But it is very creative and I do wish I could make creatures like that.

Oh man. A character who's cursed so that everyone she loves dies shortly after she likes them. It's not an original idea or anything, but yeah.

But lately I just lose focus and miss everything xD

She told me she didn't like certain cartoons because they were too ugly for her xD

OH. I thought of another curse I have...
No matter where I am and who I'm around - I always get hit in the face or head or chest.
When I went to pep rallies, the cheerleaders would throw candy into the stands.
Clearly I was the only one that thought that was dangerous.
No matter where I was - I got hit with candy.
I once got hit while I was cowering BEHIND someone >_>
If people are playing ball, I will think "That ball is going to hit me." and it does.
My dad bought my sister a toy bow and arrow set and I thought to myself "She's going to shoot me in the eye >_>" and she DID.

I was a pretty good kid. Very docile, quiet, kept to myself, etc.
But I experienced a lot of drug abuse and alcoholism and death, so it helped make me...aware of others that need help or God's blessings.

You really do have a plethora of odd curses... (and I guess I'm evil, then? Although the Random Blessings list is quite a bit longer, so it seems more neutral?)

That's a story if Joe is actually entering the room because he is a corporate spy and wants to search the boss's desk and discover the corporation's plans for how to handle the recent report of contaminated soil under their factory, thinking to use it as leverage, but can't because Derek is there already in the boss's office, and Derek is pretending to be the boss's secretary but is really an undercover reporter who fell in love with the boss and is struggling to decide where his loyalties lie, and their "nonchalant small-talk" is all just cover.

(me being me, I hope Derek runs away with the boss and the secretly-evil VP is left to deal with the EPA finding out about the contaminated soil while Joe retires from corporate espionage to write a bestseller on security in a corporate setting, but likely as not it will turn out to be a thriller with a high body count and Derek will die, love unrequited, and the boss will turn out to be a member of some secret monopoly-pact and hire mercenaries to kill Joe -maybe Derek dies by mistake there- and in the end nothing will be done about the soil cleanup but there'll be a dramatic scene where a "villain" dies in an explosion and the last scene will be the "dead" villain arriving at some remote foreign location with no extradition treaty with a vigilante guerrilla-justice-type lying in wait for him.)

See? It could totally be a scene from a story!

Ugh, it's going to be a story full of bodies, though, isn't it? Sigh. I want some nice HEA....

Quick, turn it into something with dragons instead!

Anime is a bit easier because it's close to Korean and I can pick up pieces of dialogue... but sign-language, I need my eyes.
