I take medication that doesn't allow me to have dreams. I had really bad PTSD dreams so I turned that shiz off. c::

I don’t have dreams. Altho I used to sleep walk as a kid. 8u

Sleep walking is SO interesting to me. Are you aware of it when you're doing it?

No. When I was little, you’d literally find me crying at the top of the stairs. And the next morning, I have no recollection of it.

I only know of it bc my parents told me. Then I went to the fam doc about it and he suggested listening to music before bed. We bought a stereo after that so that I could listen to music.

I have dreams that I sometimes remember and sometimes don't. When I listen to music before or while I sleep it sometimes seeps into them. I still remember as a kid having a dream with a song from Pokemon playing in the background yet the dream was not about Pokemon at all. I just listened to it when I went to bed XD

I used to record my dreams in a dream journal. I don't remember my dreams as often since I stopped recording them. I want to start again.

I realised I've missed some dates on the doughnight calendar but I've no idea which numbers lol - oops!

i usually listened to old cassette tapes from my mom. i still have that old stereo, and i can still listen to all those old cassette tapes. xD like so old school lol.

Listening to music before sleep actually triggered my sleepwalking, as my brain would get to distracted to dream.
I usually remember my dreams as I have trained my brain to use them as basis for my stories. :}
