Sometimes when I look at mine, I want to throw them away. I keep some of them though... It's interesting to see how far I've come. I used to draw on line paper all the time, until my friends pressured me to break the habit.

It actualy helps me realise just how much I have improved since then.

Hey! I said that! XD Well, I said that before I read this; I guess I'm not the only one who thinks that way.

I feel the same. If you do something enough times, you'll improve in it, even just a little.

I keep them because it's the only time I drew my own characters. I don't really anymore. o_o So they're the closest things I have to references, it seems a shame to get rid of them.

Lol, that's how it is for some of my characters too, unless I want to start over with written references. x__o

Sometimes I want to redo their references, but then I think of something else to do. XD

Yeah...there's always so many things to draw. XD I don't draw my characters seriously often, though. I do a lot of chibis. <--lazy

Thanks...Actually, I don't think I do many pixel arts...were you just talking about the drawings in general?

I think anyone can improve over a period of time, so don't say that you'll never do as well. I'm sure if you practice a lot, it would show... and your works will slowly become something you take pride in. At least, that's how it is with me.
