Yes and no. It was the first anime i watched that i knew was anime. But i had been watching sailor moon and cardcaptors long before that. I just thought they were cartoons.

no, over here anime was cheaper to get the copy rights to then disney so we grew up watching translated anime. Inuyasha was my first anime crush though :D

I never heard of inuyasha till my late teens, and never really got into the "popular" anime. The first anime I heard of was sailor moon, original series, and its still my favorite to this day. Loved tuxedo mask:qlov:, my first anime crush. Never was into demon men.... :qsmr:

Haha! Yes, Inuyasha was my first anime. I'm not even sure how I got into it. I think I found the manga at my school's library or something. It was really good and I ended up starting to watch it when it came on, on Adult Swim/Cartoon Network.

No, But if you go by the fact it is the first 'Anime' i watched that was lumped under 'Anime' and not just a animated show, Then, Yes.
I found it pretty interesting.

The very first one i apparrently watched was Sailor moon...When i was three, But i don't remember a second if it :mclaugh:
So when my mother said i used to love the show i asked 'since when?' and her response was 'when you were three' and my response was, At the time 'THAT WAS 15 YEARS AGO :mcgasp: YOU EXPECT ME TO REMEMBER EVERYTHING I WATCHED WHEN I WAS THREE!?' and she just laughed :mcheh:

The first thing(s) i can remember watching that are Anime was either Pokemon (the original series 1) or Dragon ball Z, I don't remember which i watched first :mclaugh:
