That's fair. If you know a good place to get manga from and then lose it, you might as well just read it online. Plus stores are often missing volumes and that irritates me to no end.

Seriously! I'm always at the bookstore looking for funsies and they'll be missing the first book and-- I'm just not willing to start from part 2.

Oh yeah I suppose I could ask them to do that too. I'll consider that the next time I'm at one. My partner loves to read, but admittedly I just read the news-- a lot of news.

What did you like about the store?

I feel like recently I been going to the bookstore a lot! I saw so many mangas and even PRINTED webtoons :) I grabbed a bunch of those (Lore olympus if anyone reads that)

I used to go to my local library a lot for other books as a kid and i used to get so upset because I would start a series and then they're be missing certain volumes. A few times I was dedicated enough to get them through the library loan program but between my social anxiety and the long wait times I didn't usually do it.

I loved the library as a teen, it was one of the few places you could exist and be poor and the city had renovated the library when I was young so they made this whole teen section where all the manga and digital media were. My friends would hangout there a lot after school because it was just up the street.
