Do you have a favourite author who seems to keep you entertained, and you enjoy reading all his/her books...???
If so, list them, your favourite book, why you like the book, and what you like about the author... and feel free to post it in here...
Who knows, you might just find like minded people

My favourites would have to be Dean Koontz and Stephen King
I love the suspense, intimidation, and supernatural aspects of both their writings, although I will admit I find a similar wisp to all of Dean Koontz' books, I still enjoying reading them, and finding new ones to read... I've only read a few Stephen King novels so far and I've loved every one...
My favourites (from these authors) would have to be...
"Lightning" and "From the Corner of His Eye" both by Dean Koontz, although "The Taking" comes in a close third *grin*
And, at the moment "Cell" by Stephen King... although I'm enjoying "Lisey's Story" at the moment *shivers*
So, yeah, that's about it for now at least, lol... although I could talk about these two for hours, lol
But, I'll happily read anything really, even Biology Textbooks *grin*

I must admit I love Twilight. The story is easy to follow and has vampires. lol. I also love Harry Potter! Who doesn't love stories of a wonderful school of magic and filled with adventure?
My FAVE author of all time would have to be Christopher Pike. He writes teen mystery books. The Midnight club is my fave.

My ultimate fave would have to be Anne Bishop. She is just too amazing for words. Her characters are always so vibrant and vivid... I can imagine them so clearly that I would definitely recognize them walking down the street. (Well, Lucivar would surely make a scene, what with his wings and all... but that wasn't my point.

)

Enid Blyton!
She wrote best adventure books I've ever read!
I know, it's at least 60 years old [1942, my friends], but it's really... awesome.
The Famous Five is like, the best series in my world.
I can describe Enid with the word: Too Awesome xD
Erin Hunter is my second favorite, I love the Warriors series.
It's really amazing.

Diana Gabaldon and her series Outlander.
Best books I have ever read in my life.
And I really love to read.
Her characters are just so real and pull you into their world, making you see, feel, and commiserate with everything that happens to them.
It doesn't really have a genre...because it's everything! So it hangs in the Literature section of book stores.
I wish my library had a copy of the first book that wasn't checked out. I left my copy with my mom and I really want to read it again.
