I suspect you're probably only doing things from the quickfeed page. You need to click here to get to your knuffel's page and level him up and upgrade one of your knuffel's digging elements.
(Or simply click on the knuffel's face on the quickfeed page.)

Thank you so much!
I feel like an idiot now, though. :qoops:

I am receiving the KofK newsletters via email. I tried to log in today to update my account because I haven't used this site for a while. I know my username and email because I have it written down but when I sign on it doesn't recognize my email or user name. How do I tell them to stop sending me these Newsletters if I can't log into my account.

There is no user named Miyagichi in the database, so you must have used a different username to register. (Next time, please do not post in the "Known Issue" thread. This is - as the title says - a list of known issues.)
If you cannot remember what username you used, you can tell me the E-Mail address the Newsletter gets send to and I can look up the correct username in the database and disable the newsletter for you.

I was looking back through my PM list to look for a specific PM and I didn't see it in my inbox, and I haven't deleted it. If the person who sent them deleted them would it also disappear from my in box?

Please don't post in the Known Issues Thread unless it is about one of the known issues listed in the first post. :mcsweat:

No, if the other person deletes it, it still stays in your inbox. Maybe you accidentally deleted it, or you have your inbox settings set so that old PMs get automatically deleted to make room for new ones.

Since there is now a way to change a username, should that be updated in the known issues first post?

Since it's something the admins have to do manually as of yet (unless I'm mistaken) I'm going to leave that alone until the feature to change it yourself comes out.

EDIT: It is now available publicly and thus been updated to include a how-to rather than remove it outright.

I am sorry, I posted this in the completely wrong place. That was not my intent and I apologize.
