like when i was younger, i wanted to be a writer. but then, if what i love becomes a chore because i was forced to produce like a book or two a year, i dunno how i'd feel about that....8u

Yes exactly. Like if the only way to earn money is to do commissions you don’t want to do, like its a chore or its WORK, i wouldn’t enjoy it at all. 8u

Well i think that liking your own art is also important. I mean, if you get a paid commission to draw something you do not like or something, are you still going to force yourself to do it? Thats why you should find a balance between liking your art and having other people like your art too. XD sure, customer is sometimes king but i think its harder to adjust when it comes to something that is artistic.

I think it would be a great option for you, though.
I mean, with your agoraphobia you are kinda limited regarding the kind of careers you may pursue, and being an artist is definetely one of them!

You can always do it through a site. Like redbubble or something. People can choose to buy your art or not and you won’t have to speak to anyone. :)
