This happens because I don't use JavaScript for the jump, but the HTML anchor (the part of the URL behind the #). Web browsers interpret links to the same page with an anchor differently; if I link to the same page without anchor, clicking it always reloads the page; if there is an anchor, the link is interpreted as in-page link. I'll think about if I can do anything about it.
