The Monthly Avatar Contest

Hey guys!
We had our Monthly Avatar Contest since 2008, but some of you might not even know, because it was always hidden in the Avatar Talk Subforum.
From now on we will make this a bit more official, so we have added the Avatar Contest to the Menu Bar.
You are allowed to submit up to 3 avatars each month and all of the users of the Kingdom can rate your avatar from 0-5 (with 0 being the worst and 5 being the best rating), just as you can vote on everyone else's avatar.
At the end of each month the 3 avatars with the top rating will be rewarded with the avatar contest medal of the current year.
We hope you enjoy our new feature and we are looking forward to seeing many great avatars there!

It sure is nice, but there is a possibility people will cheat using mules. and friends voting for friends. Even if there is no name, people can vote 0 for all of the, until they find the one of their friends.
edit: Also, the first one who enters has more chances to get votes than someone who enters later, even if the latest enrty will be shown.
