I hate when I get a nice idea for drawing or new oc in my head, then I sketch it on paper, look at it again and I'm like "WTF he/she/it looks like X character from that movie/book/whatever".

Yupp 8D The worst thing for me is when I come up with a new idea for a story and I'll be like "YOU GUYS HEAR WHAT I JUST MADE UP" and then someone will say "Yeah... that's already a movie." 8D

Hi grey.
I voted for the site's base. For me, like ama, any that stray too far from it don't feel like knuffel anymore. While there have been some really cool designs from artists with their own style, I prefer all knuffel to look as uniform as possible. ^_^
Just my opinion, for what it's worth.

She does kind of look like Belle, but her hair is much longer than Belle's. Maybe make the dress a different color since Belle's was gold/yellow at the end of the movie. Maybe this color?

The hair and face is nothing like Belle. So I wouldn't be worried about it. :>
