Hello everyone, it is time for Kingdom Of Knuffel's Summer Event 2012!

Explaining how this event works is pretty easy: For posting in the forums you will be rewarded with ice cream. This ice cream can be used to purchase special Summer Event Items in the Summer Booth.

Posting in all forums gives you 5

Exceptions:
Spam Forum - 0

Word Games / Avatar Talk / Knuffel - 2

Hangout / Chats / Extended Discussion - 10

These exceptions were added to emphasize action in forums which require interaction between users, in opposite to forums that have a great portion of standard posts like for example "I fed your Knuffel" posts, but no real user interaction. We basically want to motivate you all to talk more with each other!

Here is the tweak though: Since getting all these items is really really easy as we have priced the items really low, and we do not want this event to be over within 3 days, we will release different summer event items at different times. There are 4 different colored sets to obtain and each week only one color of ice cream will be given out for posting and only one color set can be bought in the Summer Booth. Between each change you will get 2 extra days, in which you won't earn any ice cream for posting, but which you can use to spend your remaining ice cream. Please make sure to spend all the ice cream till the deadline, as they will vanish after that.

SUMMER EVENT 2012 SCHEDULE

04.07-11.07.: Indigo & Indigo Summer Items

14.07.-21.07.: Light Green & Light Green Summer Items

24.07.-31.07.: Fire Orange & Fire Orange Summer Items

03.08.-10.08.: Yellow & Yellow Summer Items

We will try to make this changes happen around midnight server time, though I cannot promise this will always be in time, as at least I usually have to go to bed earlier that that lately and starkad also isn't always available, so I advice everyone to spend his ice cream as soon as possible as these changes might happen a few hours before or after midnight as well!

We will make a separate announcement whenever a new set of summer event items is being placed in the Summer Booth.
