Knuffel Quick Feed Page Update

Hi everyone,
I've been working on some extended features for the Knuffel list, called for by many users. Sorry it took so long, but these should make it easier for you to manage your Knuffel.
So, here are the changes:
I was hoping to make this as intuitive (and, well, admittedly also uncomplicated to program) as possible, but if you have any ideas how to improve this feature, you are welcome to post suggestions here.

So, here are the changes:
- - Display Knuffel list in pages:
Previously, all Knuffel were listed in a single page, which could become quite long. Now they are organized in pages, and you can choose how many Knuffel get listed on a single page (the default being 20).
- - Hide Knuffel from the list:
If you display your own Knuffel, you will notice two things: There is a button that lets you change between the public and private modes, and behind each Knuffel there is a link to hide or show that Knuffel.
Now, for everybody else, if they look on your Knuffel list, they are shown only the Knuffel that are not hidden. The public view ('show public' button) lets you see only the Knuffel everybody else can see. By switching to private mode ('show all' button) you can also see the Knuffel you have hidden from everybody else, and can unhide them by clicking the 'show' link behind their names.
