I change it about once a month. Maybe a second time if I get some new items that I want to play around with.

Not too often for me, mostly because I don't post enough to have a lot of food, so I don't have FP for a wide variety of matching clothes.
The daycare doesn't help with my FP woes, either. :P

It depends on how active I am, how many new items I've attained lately and if there are any special events going on/coming up (Valentine's, Easter, 4th of July, etc).

Not often. Maybe about once or twice in 2 months.
When I was new I changed it about twice a month or let's say every week. Now I just have too many items, but I still can't find something to match :D For me it's not a problem of food points (I have enough really), I am just a saver.
