I like hardcovers, but softcovers are cheaper, lighter, and usually come in faster.

Definitely hard covers, hardcovers add value to books.

I actually prefer softcovers. Then again I can read a sc 10 times and still make the back look pristine. :}

I prefer hardcovers because I'm really picky about the condition of my books, but if a book is too long I have to read the ebook. Big heavy books are hard on my carpal tunnel.

I like softcover books as they're cheaper and released earlier than a hardcover book. I also find it more comfortable to hold :)

i like soft cover books because i don't like that often on hardcovers there's that cover sheet you can remove and the actual book isn't that appealing to look at. Soft cover's are also nicer to hold to me.

I'd prefer hardcover, but I usually buy softcover (since it is a lot cheaper), besides more books (in my country) are only softcover.
