They're actually real sweet potatoes. There are other kinds than the orange, moist ones. Even white ones that make fluffy mashed potatoes just like normal potatoes.

I'm not fond of sweet meat, unless you give me unsweetened applesauce and a piece of chicken breast (not my favourite cut), then I'll dip and nom.

That's a bummer, Moi. I used to think where I lived was a little behind on things, but we DO get the purple and the white sweet potatoes in shops.

My town is like...kinda small and boring.
It's getting bigger and getting new things, but no cool sweet potatoes.
I had to go like 6 hours out of town to get some Japanese snacks from this Asian market.

Yeah, if it still exists...But It's so far away xD
My aunt still lives in the city and we can go visit her and maybe go to the market if it's still there.
We had a terrible flood there a few years back so it might not even exist anymore o_O
