... Woooooow..... my mom slept my life away... but she ALWAYS got up to make sure I was fed... She signed me up for free school lunches because we couldn't afford a home lunch every day.. but on occasion she'd make me something.

People like that.. shouldn't be parents.. A child shouldn't have to take care of themselves in that fashion.. they should be playing and having fun.. not having to think about what they need to make for lunch for school the next day. Dx

My parents were drug addicts and always made sure I had food ._.

I am all for making your kids do chores and punishing them for failing to do what they're supposed to, but a five year old is too young to do such things.
Their minds are full of cartoons and stickers and happy times.
They're not mentally prepared to care for themselves. Because they're FIVE.

They said "Well, mental health specialists told us to do these things so it's okay and y'all just butthurt \8u/"
And that if people are upset with their treatment of their kids, we're just pussies for getting triggered and it's our own issue.

I learned how to make a dippy egg (sunny side up) at like... 4, but even then.. if I wanted to cook, mom had to be there to supervise me.

Their tails! The top is called the 'saddle' where eggies form then under the tail is the... um.. i forget but its where eggies go to incubate and the female is called berried!!! OWO

I am someone that loves food. Food is comforting and makes me happy. Everyone should have food to eat and enjoy. So to know a "mother" willingly let her child go hungry pisses me off >__>

The sad part is.. the babies need saltwater but the adults can't live in saltwater >:x So when a female berries and gets close to releasing the babies, you need to remove her for a short time then remove her after little larvae shrimpies are out and swimming about.


Let's just hope the kid ends up in a better situation in the end.
