I like that it kind of goes with a sea/water theme (because of the colors) without any water/sea related items

You managed to use the bloody handprints well! Usually they're not an item I'm fond of, but they work really nice with the rest of your avi. It's really nice, just the right balance between detail and simplicity. ^__^
