My mom being on drugs and being an alcoholic hurt me. So I make sure not to try and trigger her :\

That's great that you're trying for her sake. And it also sounds like she's sober at the moment and trying to keep herself sober, which is also awesome.

Yeah, she's sober. She was going to NA meetings but she stopped going. COVID had a lot to do with that, though. She's still friends with some of the people.

I'm glad that she's still keeping in touch with them. I hope that connection helps even if she can't physically attend the meetings.
It sucks that COVID is still around. My dad caught it and then gave it to me and my mom. She was planning on visiting her mom in Korea in June but she can't now because she's still showing up as positive on the PCR test, despite it showing up as negative on the rapid test.

One guy went missing. They found his car wrecked and abandoned and blood in the car.
It turned out he had crashed, hit his head, got confused, and wandered off into the woods.
They found him and he went to the hospital.

My mom was worried about him and some people thought he got murdered because there was blood in the car.
Never heard anything else about him though.
Don't know if he was doing drugs or drinking again or if it was a legit accident.

Wow this is so sad but the guy I was talking about committed suicide a few months ago.
My mom was really sad.
I am always tired and lethargic 8u

Aw, thank you. I'm trying to be more active. But I'm also trying to be more productive in real life. You can only do one, it feels like.
