@Danna Don't worry about it. Most of my gifts are local too, but I live in a different region so we'll both benefit when it comes to getting vivilion types!

Also remember to pin the postcards you get because that's how you get the vivilion types, and I recently learned that you can pin your own post cards so Fire you can pin yours while you are traveling so you also get the benefits.

Thank you Lunar. I didn't even know we had the option to pin postcards till you said something. I'll be sure to start doing that from now on.

Lately, I mostly hop on to feed my buddy, catch a pokémon and maybe try my hand at fighting a team rocket balloon. I'm having a rough time-fighting Giovanni. I know he is supposed to be hard, but his team got hands.

No problem!

I usually take on his team with a powered up Lucario first in my party because it pairs well against his Persian. The other two pokemon regularly change based on events so I usually have to do one run through to see the pokemon and come up with a counter.

I have a powered-up Heracross I'm using on his Persian. Manage to get his shields down by the time I get the second Pokemon. But, usually run into issues if he has Nidoking in his party as none of my high-tier Pokemon are great against poison/ground types.

Currently using Heracross, Aggron, and Darmanitan. The team seems to work decently if he has Kingler.
