Talking about original crumpet ... What is the origin story of Crumpets?

I really like this. It will help people that can't affort to buy FC. Like me.

@rebecca: Oh goodness... well, I love the word Crumpet. It is an old-school term of endearment. :3

I had a friend that we would call each other button and crumpet etc. for fun.

From there it morphed into me calling Nan a crumpet. Several times over the last few years there were dips in engagement in my threads. Those times it ended up just her talking to me... she's pretty much always been there as a permanent (and adorable) installment. I kind of joke that she grew up in my threads. xD

From there the crumpet thing caught on. It became all my dear friends, and then all my new friends too... then everyone who posts in my thread is a crumpet.

As you know there is now a crumpet certification. :3
Such a long and tough process, am I right? XD

Along the same lines as all this happening, I was calling my cats crumpets, the dogs strumpets and my parents grumpets. :3

Oh, and that friend I mentioned earlier is my first friend I made on KOFK. :3
