Mob Psycho 100

Also called Mob 100, its an anime made by
the same guy who did one punch man.
I started watching it recently cause my twitter kept being blown up about
Mob and his 0 to 100 outbursts, and his mentor's expressions when yelling
each frame. It seemed kind of cute or that Mob's personality type was my
kind so I picked it up and started watching! I never saw one punch man,
and I normally don't watch these kind of animes but I'm enjoying it so far.
It's funny, unique and enjoyable with it's developments and pace. It's
also nice to see anime not draw everyone super pretty... Anyway!

Synopsis
"Kageyama Shigeo (a.k.a. "Mob") is a 8th grader with psychic abilities.
He could bend spoons and lift objects with his mind from a young age,
but he slowly began to withhold from using his abilities in public due to
the negative attention he kept receiving. Now, the only thing he wants
is to become friends with a girl in his class, Tsubomi. With his psychic
"mentor" (who has no psychic powers), he continues his daily life,
attempting to realize his purpose in life."

I've watched the whole series, and let me say this anime is a treasure. I find the art style incredibly charming, and i absolutely love all the characters. I haven't read the manga yet, but i'm sure it's even better. Of course, I look forward to anything made by ONE.

I like this anime. It gets better as it goes on. The characters are pretty interesting including the bad guys.

I finished it myself now, and I have to agree. I liked it way
more than I had been expecting and I'm so charmed by
the characters and their interactions. Mob is precious;;
I haven't read the manga either, but I tend to not read
those much;; I end up losing too much time in them.

I totally agree. At first I was a lil uncertain but it just pulled me in
more and more as it progressed. and yeah, even the bad guys
were really interesting and entertaining.

I've just finished reading the latest chapter for this series, and it's been pretty good so far. I actually started watching it because a reviewer on YouTube recommended it, aha.
Definitely a fun series to get into.

I watched the anime not knowing if I was going to like it because the art style was so different than I was used to but OH BOY - I loved it!!!
It's such an amazing story and the animation is stunning~

Aha, seriously. And those scenes with Reigen in the later episodes --no spoilers for folks who haven't watched it, but they're really great.
The fight scenes and comedy are just too good.

Thank you so much for the synopsis. I just got a Loot Anime with this anime as part of the theme and was wondering if I should watch it. You guys have really convinced me to give it a shot.

I love Mob Psycho 100.
The writing, characters, and animation (especially the fight scenes when animated...) are all really well done.
