Yeah I mean she says that sometimes she feels nauseous or like dizzy so she says it might be because of blood pressure. But she doesn’t want to go back to the time where she could barely walk and needed to use a cane.

Dizziness is often caused by hypotension which is the reverse. Its possible that whatever she is doing might be a bit too effective. I suggest getting an at home blood pressure cuff if she doesn't already have them. They are usually super cheap and pretty accurate if used right.

Oh she does have fun.
Aaaaand it looks like I flipfflopped it around, it wasn’t the blood pressure meds she stopped taking but the cholesterol ones. Still, she’s been switched to various different blood pressure meds for years. She always had adverse reactions to all of them.

Well she’s stopped one of the meds and now she’s trying to manage via diet and a few other things.
