So, I start to look how to increase my productivity without going insane myself.
I choose to use pomodoros to manage my time during job, couse it's remote and I was like some days full focus on job for all the hours, some days almost forgot to lauch... while other days I was so on the clouds that I bearly work like 2-3 hours total.
I was like... ok, it's not like becouse I have a timer I will do anything different, but I was surprised by the fact that I really change some things.
Like focus on one task for a predicted time and then chilling recharges my batteries for the next session.
Also, my little girl Kaly (a dog) I think she is more cool with the fact that she knows now that at certain time period she will receive my attention.
So, that's my experience for this first week using them.
How about you?
Do you use it? Note some difference on productivity or something?

It's the first I'm hearing of this technique so I looked it up, and it's definitely something I want to try to combat my procrastination tendencies. Keeping the link here for my reference, and I'll report back about how I find it when I use it.

That's harder, to my mind. That's an ongoing, you have to live with it forever thing, instead of one single moment that's the exception instead of the rule.
