your first donation

I just donated to KofK for the first time today, finally! After ages and ages of wanting to!
I'm a bad, bad girl though because I used money from my college fund that I'm supposed to use for survival purposes. Like for food and medicines.
I don't know if my parents will ever notice (I hope not) and I can't see myself telling them that I spent nearly 3000 rupees on an online game. Or stuff that isn't even 'real', that's virtual.
If they don't notice, I might begin to make a habit of it. Which is definitely a bad idea, but I feel like I deserve it...
Even with all these mixed feelings, I'm happy I donated
Do you remember when you first donated to KofK? How did you feel? What did you use the

I couldn't say when the first time was save for it being a long time ago.
I have donated a couple times, and mostly bought monthly sets from TT with it, though in this last round I also picked up a couple Lava Lamps.

It's difficult for me to bring myself to buy TTs with
because they come in so many colours and it's difficult for me to choose lol
like, maybe if I really love a particular set in a particular color. But I spent what I got from this first donation on Lava Lamps

Heh, when I first donated there were no Lava Lamps. The monthly TT was the thing. No color choice has to be made, and I could sell off pieces I didn't want (though I doubt I ever actually did, lol).
This time 'round I knew I wanted the Onyx set, but it was the Spell Wielder hair that made me buy 3/4 of the sets.

No color choice having to be made sounds lovely *sighs a good-ol'-days kind of sigh*
Lol I'm a hoarder too! Literally the only items I would sell off are doubles/multiples
And I love the Spell Wielder Hair too, especially in Periwinkle!
